Shop Policies


Preorder Items:
Orders that contain a preorder item will only be shipped when the item comes in stock. Check the corresponding item listing for time frame estimates.

EU and UK Customers:
Due to the changes in the tax law, all UK + EU purchases are only available via Etsy for easier VAT processing on both customer and seller end.

COVID-19:

Please note that due to COVID-19 and the current state of the USPS, international mail may be delayed up to 3+ months before a package is noted to reach your country.  Please account for this when providing a shipping address for international orders. Also this shop holds no responsibility if it is lost in the mail.

Shipping:
In stock items are shipped between 3-5 business days via USPS First Class mail by default. Note that orders weighing over 1 lb will be sent via Priority mail for domestic orders. Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur.

Returns & Exchanges:
Items are only eligible for returns and exchanges for 7 days starting when the item is marked as delivered. Contact us within that time to authorize the return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and additional exchange shipping costs.

Items must be unopened and in the original condition when received to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Replacements are only made in the event that the received product is damaged , defective or the wrong item is sent to you.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Books and zines
  • Notebooks
  • Prints
  • Digital downloads

Cancellations:
Requests for cancellations may only be made before the item is shipped. 

 

Conditions of return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If requested, a prepaid mailing label can be provided to you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Lost/Missing Packages:
This shop is not responsible for packages lost or missing in the mail. However I will do what I can to help you locate it.
