Charms are roughly 1.5 - 2", printed on clear acrylic. Each of Junkrat's pieces are roughly 2". Double sided, except Genji, who is on pink metallic acrylic and one sided.
Mercy is 2.5". Reaper Peeps are 1" each.
Charms come with protective films on both sides that need to be peeled off.
